Dr. Ron Cravey

Dr. Cravey was a classroom teacher for Abilene Independent School District in Texas for 19 years, teaching science and computer literacy. Dr. Cravey was a Master Teacher and President of the Local Teachers organization. Dr. Cravey served Abilene ISD as their Director of Technology for nine years during which time he implemented the Department of Instructional Technology, including procurement and training for teachers. He was Executive Director of the Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA) for eight years. While working for TCEA Dr. Cravey oversaw an organization with over 10,000 members (the largest state educational technology membership in the United States) and a yearly budget of $20,000,000. He worked with the TCEA staff to organize a week-long technology conference in Austin, Texas, that is the largest state-run technology conference in the United States. This involved overseeing the daily operations of the conference as well as ensuring the smooth presentation of over 600 free sessions and paid workshops. Since retiring from TCEA in 2009, Dr. Cravey was involved with Educational Resource Management Solutions as a consultant helping evaluate various projects across the states of Texas and Iowa. In 2020, Dr. Cravey formed R&R Educational Consulting with Mr. Sinclair. Dr. Cravey has extensive educational leadership and data analysis experience.
Mr. Ernest Sinclair

Mr. Sinclair was a classroom teacher for Victoria Independent School District in Texas for 25 years, teaching mathematics, physics, and computer literacy. Mr. Sinclair worked at Region III Education Service Center for seven years, serving as an Instructional Technology Specialist. This involved helping 40 school districts spread over 11 counties with technology needs. A highlight of his work at Region III involved his help in automating school libraries for 39 school districts, 7 private schools, and 3 public libraries spread across the Region III service area. For seven years Mr. Sinclair was the Training Director for the Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA) where he oversaw the statewide training efforts of the association, including over 600 free sessions and paid workshops held during the TCEA state conference each year. Since retiring from TCEA in 2008, Mr. Sinclair was involved with Educational Resource Management Solutions as a consultant helping evaluate various projects across the states of Texas and Iowa. In 2020, Mr. Sinclair formed R&R Educational Consulting with Dr. Cravey. As a mathematician, Mr. Sinclair is uniquely qualified to work with statistical analysis.
